We here at International Food Creations, a company that works with multiple business segments like supermarkets, university, and large office outlets.  We specialize in gourmet Asian cuisine that covers a wide range of variety.  With the added changes during this worldwide pandemic, the normal public has changed their shopping and/or eating habits.

Food Service has also changed, our food service bar will offer a value added to the stores by expanding the meal choice to their customers.  Many consumers currently shop for prepared meals at supermarkets.

Our mission is to offer a wide selection of high quality, unique meals that are delicious, convenient, and affordable.

International Food Creations will be focused on food safety

compliance / quality assurance, innovative product development, and close supervision and support for field operations.

Our headquarter is located at Portland, OR, and management office in Los Angeles, CA.  Also, distribution centers are in Sacramento, CA and Fredericksburg, VA

With collaboration with YOKOHAMA RAMEN produced by E.A.K. Ramen, we can serve delicious Yokohama-style ramen to your customers!  E.A.K. Ramen aka Machida Shoten in Japan, started back in 2008 in Tokyo.  There are roughly 400 restaurants in Japan.  Internationally, there are present in Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Italy, China and Thailand.  Now, there are three branches in the US, two in New York and one in Los Angeles.

Their broth use only natural chicken and pork bones and it takes 18 hours of love and care to prep, boil, cook, stir, and perfect the broth.  Their noodles are custom made for us using their own distinct formula that no one else uses.  It is thick, bold and straight.

Tonkotsu and Spicy Miso are the most popular ramen among US customers.  Rich and savory flavor will satisfy every palate.

Curry is a Japanese comfort food.  It is eaten more than ramen!  Unlike Indian or Thai spicy curry, Japanese curry sauce is thicker and milder which is similar to a stew or gravy.  The majority of Japanese people would say that they grew up eating curry.

Kanazawa Curry has one of the unique style of curries.  It is a very thick, dark colored sauce and rice with shredded cabbage on the side.  The curry sauce is simmered for 5 hours and rested for 5 hours or more to make.Customers can request amount of curry sauce, rice, toppings, and spiciness.  We are sure that customers will be addicted to curry throughout the year!

We will collaborate with Takoyaki Yamachan, a famous takoyaki shop in Hawaii and San Francisco, and serve freshly made Takoyaki right off the grill.

Takoyaki is a savory Japanese street food in the shape of a ball (about the same size as a golf ball) and is cooked in a special cast iron griddle to get its signature shape.  This addictively delicious bite-sized eat originated in the Osaka prefecture of Japan in 1935.

Their original flavor is Takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, seaweed, and bonito flakes.  In additon, green onion, cheese, and kimchi toppings are very popular.

Oregon Property Management, LLC (OPM) is the real property management business of the Yoshida companies.  OPM manages approximately 825,000 square feet of real property in Oregon and Washington.  Properties include office space, warehouses, strip malls, apartment buildings, ski-resort condominiums, and several parcels of vacant and developable land.  OPM does not manage real properties for other owners.

Built in 2006, Riverview Restaurant was specifically designed to take advantage of the natural beauty of the region and provide an exceptional view of Troutdale, Oregon’s scenic Sandy River.  Adding to its unique elements, all of the milled trees that were removed on the property were incorporated into the building’s structure.  The gazebo and manicured grounds have been designed to explore, host weddings and receptions, and for entertainment or musical venues.  Finally, throughout the restaurant and for your viewing pleasure, we are proud to display original artwork from the Yoshida’s private art collection.  As for Riverview’s gourmet food, the talented team of chefs apply their extensive knowledge and experience of food preparation while using the finest Northwest ingredients.
